I have an article on Squidoo that I thought I should post about. It’s garage sale time! I love going to garage sales. Just yesterday I was re-doing my office and I got a large dry erase board, a filing cabinet, 5 2’x3′ poster frames and some smaller frames all for $30. Not bad.
So about a year ago or so I wrote an article on squidoo called “Free Printable Garage Sale Price Stickers“. I made up some printable PDF files with images of dollar increments on them that you can print onto avery labels easily at home. I have 10, 25, 50, 75 cents and 1 through 10 dollars. When you go to the store and buy pre-printed garage sale stickers, you usually end up with too many of one denomination and too few of another.
The other great thing about these print-at-home stickers? You can color code them if you have multiple families. Usually pre-printed ones come with each denomination as a different color. This way you can print off what ever color you want in what ever amount you want. It’s pretty handy. I also have links to free printable garage sale signs, a video on tips for holding a garage sale and more neat stuff you might want to see before you have your next garage sale!
